The Lapian has seven primary party organs, which make-up the entirety of party governance and leadership. While not all members of the party is necessarily part of a party organ, party members vote on major and important decisions, including appointments and long-term plans, through ithe party's general meetings, held every five years.
The party's seven primary organs are the Committee on State Affairs, Committee on Policy, General Office, Committee on Military Affairs, Committee on Local Governance, Liaison Office, and Internal Audit Board.
The chairperson of the Committee on State Affairs is considered to be the paramount leader of the party and also holds the position of Chancellor, the head of government. Because of this, the Committee on State Affairs consists of a significant number of party leaders, who also hold high government positions. The committee is primarily concerned with governance and administration of Gilid proper.
The Committee on Policy translates to the party's legislative leadership, who also hold seats in the Pambansang Batasan (National Legislature). Its chairperson is usually the First Representative of the National Legislature, which corresponds to the leader of the majority (i.e., the Lapian), while its vice chairperson is the President of the National Legislature, which corresponds to the speaker or presiding officer.
The General Office is primarily concerned with the internal affairs of the party, particularly with regard to party discipline, membership, internal activities, and finances. It corresponds with the Political Affairs Office of the Commonwealth Chancery, the office of the Chancellor, and is presented as such when dealing with state/government affairs.
The Committee on Military Affairs concerns itself with the armed forces of the Lapian. Technically, it is only an advisory body attached to the Chancery but it comprises of high-ranking military officers, the Chancellor, and other party leaders and, thus, exercises a great deal of control over military affairs of the Commonwealth.
The Committee on Local Governance coordinates, oversees, and supervises the local offices of the party, ensuring alignment across the country. Due to this, it also determines and reviews party and local leadership. The committee is considered to be a gateway organ for higher or more attractive leadership positions.
The Liaison Office is concerned with the management and coordination with other sanctioned parties and organizations that the Lapian works with. Given the nature of elections and politics in the country, the office serves as the primary propaganda organ of the party.
The Internal Audit Board is in-charge of compliance throughout the entire party. It is unique in that it enjoys a degree of autonomy and independence from the usual day-to-day affairs of the party, including the Committee on State Affairs. Due to this, it has become an effective counterbalance to other powers within the party. it has been credited with rooting out party corruption and ensuring compliance with party policies, doctrine, and regulations. It also exercises a level of jurisdiction over state affairs as the Commonwealth Audit Office, but is primarily a corruption, graft, and inefficiency watchdog in that capacity.
